TSU's College of Biblical & Theological Studies (TSU-CBTS) is designed to equip students to handle Scripture with accuracy, and to develop approaches to theology consistent with the biblical message. It is not the mission of TSU-CBTS to indoctrinate on the basis of denominational or sectarian traditions, but to provide the skills necessary to study biblical texts within their historical contexts, and to apply those texts appropriately through relevant exposition in Bible teaching, preaching, and other avenues of ministry.

Qualified students can earn their Master of Arts (M.A.), Master of Divinity (M.Div.), Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.), or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biblical and Theological Studies at their own pace, integrating their own ministries and professional venues as opportunities to fulfill modular course requirements. Such an approach keeps the educational process relevant and practical. In addition to reading and research, you'll "do what you study, and study what you do!"

Dr. Matthew Valerio-Hirschfeld (Dean) and the faculty of the TSU College of Biblical & Theological Studies invite you to study with them as you prepare for ministry, or enhance your skills in your present avenue of Christian service.
